I purchased what was represented as a BrightDrop 600 with the Max Battery package and had it delivered to Indiana. When the vehicle arrived, it was the wrong unit. After contacting my salesman, John, he acknowledged the mistake. I tried to resolve the issue by offering to keep the incorrect vehicle if the dealership would provide a fair discount and allow me to purchase the correct vehicle. The only solution offered was a $1,000 discount, which I did not believe fairly addressed the situation. I was also told that the General Manager would contact me on Monday or Tuesday to discuss the situation. That call never happened. I never received the promised follow-up from management. The biggest disappointment wasn’t that an error occurred—it was how the error was handled afterward. Communication was poor, management failed to follow through on what they promised, and I was left wondering what was happening. As an out-of-state buyer, I expected much better service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.
