I bought a 2021 Cadillac Escalade Platinum. It was still under warranty. I had to drive almost 2 hours to see the car. It is in wonderful condition. I now take it to a Cadillac dealer closer to me. It is in such good condition that they have offered to buy it from me several times. The salesman and the finance office treated me very well and put the car up on a lift and let me inspect it to my satisfaction. Eddie L.

David Wells gets 5 stars. The guy was super personable, gave us plenty of time and space to make a no pressure decision, and followed up. IMPEX gets 3 stars. The car was solid enough, but the sales manager, Bret, insisted that the tires had enough tred on them to pass inspection - maybe 3000 miles prior when they took on the car (see picture). When we looked back at the CarFax, IMPEX had put over 3000 miles on the car in the 5 months they had it; more than the previous owner was putting on it. Purchased a car from them, upon delivery I found the car to be damaged mechanically and physically. I left them a bad review and they responded by telling me to reach out so they could fix it. I did that and dealt with the sales manager Randy. He wanted me to give him a number that would make me happy so I went and paid to have an estimate done on the car and he ghosted me. Don’t listen to those replies, they just do that to make themselves look good

I had a total of 3 persons contact me from 2 of their dealerships, all about the same car. One person did not even know the other one. All 3 asking for exactly the same information, photos etc. after I had already sent it all in. Very confusing to say the least. Hints of a scam although it was not. I would suggest they assign ONE person to contact inquiries to avoid this confusion and time delay. Ended up finding another car but they need to work on this as a courtesy suggestion

Reggie and Chris impressed me with their professionalism throughout the purchasing process. While I have not yet purchased a vehicle due to the Arbitration Agreement, I would highly recommend these two Impex employees. I feel they did everything in their power to make this deal work and still have the door open to purchasing from Impex primarily because of Reggie and Chris. If you are in the market for a new vehicle give these two guys a shot, they will work with you.

We never felt pressured and he answered all of our questions about a very technical vehicle. This was the smoothest, most hassle free car transaction we've had, period. The Impex website was what grabbed us to begin with. It was accurate in its representation of the cars and, most importantly, current. We felt comfortable driving 100+ miles to ultimately purchase our vehicle! When we're ready for a third EV, we'll call Austin at Impex pronto!
